Born in a Small town of Uttar Pradesh (Sultanpur). I am very a simpleguy. Always wanted to live a meaningful life, making life a memorable journey. Always wanted to make a difference. Once been caught up in rat race, but dared to get out of it (Worked in 13 different major corporation in just three years, because job were unable to grab my attention anyway). Always challenged known rules,and walked towards unknown. Many tried to pull me back, but many more took me ahead. Life is never smooth, that's why it is worth living.

Found my passion in studying , teaching Entrepreneurship and Personal Growth. Made my passion my profession. Started a bussiness under the name of Grow leaders India and now teaching people Personal Growth and helping them to realize their best potential. Gradually became a Motivational Speaker inspiring people to follow their heart, to live a meaningful life, started my blog www.ksufiyan.com (You are born to WIN), sharing how can we all live our best life,started exploring internet,Started learning about Social Media, and its wide scope to make difference. Started sharing Inspiring quotes and resources through Social Networks. Don't know when started counselling people solving their personal and professional problems. Ya! I do a lot of things, but none of these I do because I was told to do, I DO BECAUSE I LOVE TO DO.

Currently working on my book, regarding Leadership. Getting real life knowledge through continuous learning and my own experiences.

I know, I am not a Guru, neither I am perfect in any way, But I try to be a better person everyday. I have been a very good competitor for myself. I just share what I have learned from different books on leadership and blogs. I do motivational seminar in Schools and Colleges. I have motivated 5000+ people till now and continuing the same as it is my goal.
